Your leasing experience begins with submitting a completed application and providing 2 forms of identification. Each adult needs to complete and sign an application. Currently there are no application fees in place; however, this is subject to change. Please note tenants will additionally be expected to pay utilities. Expect your lease, generally, to expire in 1 year of the lease start date. The lease expiration determines your rent date, meaning that your rent may not be due the 1st of each month.
If you are a college student, please also submit an unofficial transcript. You will also be asked to pursue a Parent Guarantee, which will need to be notorized or signed in the presence of office staff with 2 forms of identification.
