Our leasing process involves no fees or obligations. Your leasing experience begins by submitting a completed application, and providing an unofficial transcript and 2 forms of identification. Each adult needs to complete and sign an application. A Parent Guarantee will also be signed and notarized. Please note that tenants will pay all utilities. Expect your lease to expire in 1 year of the lease start date. The lease expiration date determines your rent due date. Our lease can be viewed here.
